SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND WARRANTY

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


Apart from weekends and holidays, in-stock items will normally ship out within 1-2 business days.

Make sure to check all applicable knife laws and regulations in your area/state/country before placing an order.

If your order is suspected to have become lost, held, or stolen in transit please get in touch through our Contact page with as much information as possible so that we can open an investigation and make sure the situation is resolved to your satisfaction. For international orders: We are not able to cover items lost, held, damaged, stolen, or seized by customs; we highly recommend adding insurance to cover lost / stolen items.

International shipments may be subject to an additional tax/import fee payable by the recipient.

RETURNS


We offer refunds or replacements for up to 30 days after the date of purchase on defective merchandise, as long as the item is in the same condition and packaging it was received in.

As a small business, we aren't able to offer "buy it and try it refunds" due to the extra cost and labor that would be associated with doing so. Typically you will find thorough reviews of our products online to help in your purchasing decision.

Please note that we are not able to offer refunds on preorders, due to the nature of preordered products.

To return an item, make sure to first contact us by email with proof of purchase, and with the reason for the return.



WARRANTY


WINTERBLADE offers a 3-year limited warranty on all items. Our warranty covers defective merchandise, but not normal wear and tear on an item. If we cannot fix or replace the defective part on your product, we will refund you in full upon return of the item along with proof of purchase. Make sure to contact us to discuss issues prior to returning an item to us. Shipping fees are not covered under this warranty.
