PREORDERS / TERMS OF PREORDERS

First and foremost please note that not all of our products are available via preorder only: Where indicated we’ll have products “in stock” and therefore available to ship immediately. If a product is only available through preorder, we’ll note it in the product description.

When preordering an item, please refer to the product description for estimated wait time / delivery time. Some preorder items may take up to 5-8 months for completion and delivery, but we'll give our best estimate within the description for the particular product that you're preordering.

Due to the nature of preorders, we are not able to offer refunds while you're waiting on a preordered product to be delivered. Upon delivery of a preordered item, our normal 30 day refund policy applies at that point.

If our estimate of delivery time on a preordered product as indicated in the product's description is not met within 60 days BEYOND the estimated time, you are eligible for a full refund at that time - meaning you DO have recourse if we haven't delivered within that 60 day extension of our estimated delivery time. This is the only exception to refunds during the wait on preordered items.
